He enhanced recruitment efforts by implementing Belmont’s first customer relationship management system for admissions, along with the prospective student portal, BU4U. He launched the university’s first online prospective student group, contributing to improved yield rates and helping drive a nearly 10% increase in first-year enrollment that year. His impact extended to campus visit days as well, where he played a key role in reimagining digital presentations and visitor experiences within the new Admissions Welcome Center.
In his new role at Bethel University, Bishop will serve as a key member of the University’s leadership team, providing strategic direction and oversight for all enrollment management and marketing initiatives. He will also provide oversight for fundraising and engagement activities in partnership with President Moulds. Bishop’s extensive experience in enrollment management, digital strategy, and cross-functional leadership will be instrumental in advancing Bethel's mission and vision.
"I am honored to join Bethel and incredibly excited to play a role in forwarding this University’s mission to provide an accessible education that helps each student develop to their highest potential," said Bishop. "There are vast opportunities ahead for this institution and its students, and I’m grateful to Dr. Moulds and his entire team for welcoming me to the Wildcats’ campus. Let’s get to work!”
Bishop holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University, where he majored in biology and minored in geology.
