Bethel University Announces Spring Commencement with President-Elect Dr. Perry Moulds as Guest Speaker

May 1, 2024—McKenzie, TN | Bethel University is delighted to announce the commencement ceremony for the Spring Class of 2024, to be held on May 4, 2024, at 10:00 AM in Crisp Arena. We are honored to welcome President-Elect Dr. Perry Moulds as our distinguished guest speaker for this momentous occasion.

Dr. Moulds will officially assume the presidency on July 1, 2024. During his Belmont tenure, Moulds led development, alumni and family engagement, advancement operations, university marketing, communications, and public relations, and he served on the senior management team overseeing comprehensive institutional leadership.

Moulds is married to Dr. Kimberly Kraft Moulds. They are the parents to one daughter, Kinsley, who is a rising high school junior.

Interim President Dr. Bob Watkins expressed his excitement about the upcoming commencement, stating, "As we bid farewell to another graduating class, we are privileged to welcome Dr. Perry Moulds to our community. His leadership will undoubtedly inspire our graduates as they embark on the next chapter of their lives."

The commencement ceremony will be a celebration of achievement, resilience, and the enduring spirit of Bethel University. Graduates and their guests, faculty, staff, are all invited to join us as we honor the accomplishments of our graduating students. A ticket is required for entrance.
