Health & Wellness
Baker Gym, Pool, and Weight Room
These facilities are under the direction of the Athletic Director. Posted hours of operation and access for Bethel employees are available each semester. For the pleasure and safety of all, individual rules and regulations apply to each of these facilities and are to be observed at all times.
Bethel employees and their family members have access to these facilities with your Bethel ID. Family members under the age of 18 require parental supervision.

Wildcat Fitness Center
Bring the family and get fit together at our Wildcat Fitness Center. Employees and their families enjoy access to the Fitness Center using their Bethel ID 24/7. Family members under the age of 18 require parental supervision.
Employee Tuition and Scholarship Policy
Bethel University believes that the employee is the resource that makes us successful. We are proud to offer tuition scholarships to all full-time employees, their spouses and dependent children under the age of 25 for one bachelor’s degree.

Security Escorts
Bethel University employs security personnel who are responsible for the safety and security of all persons, buildings and grounds during the day/night hours. Campus Security will gladly provide an escort service to employees upon request. This service can be accessed by calling (731) 415-7599.

Burroughs Learning Center Access
The library welcomes the opportunity to assist employees. The library provides reference works, periodicals, and books in both print and electronic form. Burroughs Learning Center also provides computer stations and locations to use laptops as well as a quiet place to study and work.
Admission to Athletic Events and Performing Arts
Bethel employees and admitted into athletic events and Bethel Renaissance events requiring admission at no cost with your Bethel ID.
