Assistant Professor of CIS and Business

Required Qualifications:

To receive full consideration for this position, the applicant must have a doctorate or ABD status in CIS, MIS, or other related fields in business information systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have experience teaching courses in Microcomputer Applications, Management Information Systems, and other elective CIS courses. Candidates who are able to also teach courses in Management will be given additional consideration.

Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be required to teach a minimum of 12 hours each semester, six hours of which must be in Microcomputer Applications or Management Information Systems. The successful applicant should also be willing and able to advise students on their academic progress and career opportunities.
